So today was the all day camp hike. Although tiring as we trek up then down a mountain, it is still a time for great conversations and amazing memories to be made. After the walk we have the campfire, in this time we enjoy smores which is something not in Poland. So we get to watch the kids try the new treat! This year I was able to share this time with Emilka, the host's niece who is 3 and 1/2 years old. It her first time having a smore and she absolutely loved it. The look on her face was priceless as she squished the marshmallow on her face and said "it's good' in polish. After the campers went to bed we stayed outside and had our team meeting by the crackling fire. I am excited for tomorrow when the kids sing in the church service a lot of the parents will be there and are excited to see their children preform.
